I am curious how will players be able to unlock these sleeves in the future and could I or others design one?

and just like on ptcgo there should be sleeves to represent each element type in the game, and maybe some sleeves for some fan favourite pokemon.

I think they should be purchased from the shop with coins. Say 100 coins each. you would only have to buy each set of sleeves once, and they’ll be yours forever. when building your deck, there should be an option for which sleeves you want to use, out of what you have unlocked.
