And stage two’s are completely unviable because the decks are way to slow
I’m not sure I agree. Which basics have high HP? I think all basics could get 1-shotted by most Stage 2’s, while no basics can do 50% of the damage necessary to knock out a Stage 2. And if there’s a basic that’s too strong, I’ll replace it with a weaker version. 
I’ve updated the website with a lot of metadata. You can now preview card data when clicking on the cards. A lot of retcons to card text are taken into consideration if the cards were reprinted in later sets. Now that I’ve done that, I’m also able to search through the cards based off of name and card text, too, so finding cards with similar effects is much easier if you’d like to make your own deck. You can also filter by a few tags, such as if the card has a Poke-BODY, Ability, etc. This change was a huge update that will let me add many more features, including exporting decks to other websites, like TCG One. 
Those features will come soon, though.

Np it’s pretty simple there are no rule box Pokemon and ancient power archeops and forest of giant plants are band (I also use expanded unbanned to play the format)

Do you think that Prehistoric Power Aerodactyl would be too oppressive for my format? (Considering I have Goop Gas Attack and Muk)
If so, I really can only swap it out for Prehistoric Memories Aerodactyl, which is a really cool card.
However, I already have Memory Capsule in my format, which makes this Aerodactyl completely useless. So, if I made this switch, I would also remove the Memory Capsule, which would weaken several other decks, especially the Gyarados deck. However, for that single deck, it would make a lot of sense to squeeze this new Aerodactyl into that deck.
Yeah I always thought fossil aero was to strong and yeah we could add the Neo aero but as you said we would have to remove memory capsule (not to mention it’s harder to use than memory capsule) so maybe a different aero?
I am wanting to only use an Aerodactyl that can evolve from a Mysterious Fossil. Unfortunately, the other two options seem severely underpowered and would not be viable in this format. If they would be able to combo off of something, though, I’d consider putting them in, as well as the cards the need to combo, but as it stands, I think Fossil and Neo Aerodactyl are the two to consider.
I’d say Neo then it will make the game more healthy overall

What about Mr. Mime?
I think in my format, where Pokemon can have a much higher damage output than when it was originally released, this Mr. Mime would be too powerful. However, I do think there are a lot more tools to stop it. I think status conditions will be a lot more common and gusting with Boss’s Orders is still totally possible. Plus, with the goal of smaller Basic Pokemon in my format, there should be plenty of threats that can hit for 10 or 20 damage, as well as Goop Gas Attack and bench hitters. I do think that it would be seen as a huge thing that all decks should build around, but I think that would temper deck powers just enough. Giant Cape is also in the format, which is a tool that gived a Pokemon +20HP, so it could actually make Mr. Mime very annoying.
The other option would be the Bench Barrier Mr. Mime, which has the ability to protect your bench, something that would make building up to bigger Stage 2’s more viable with. I like this ability a lot, but there is already Mountain Ring. If I put this Mr. Mime in, I would remove that Stadium.

Also I think you should change the noctowl because with sprit mask and a high HP Pokémon like blissey you can deplete your opponents resources really easily
I will do that! I am going to make the deck export spit out the same format as Limitless uses. I need to do a few more tweaks to the site to make it work though.
Older cards that say “Trainer” are actually retconned to talk about “Item” cards . So, Noctowl would only discard Item cards, so Supporter, Tool, and Stadiums are not affected.
