Nice cool deck!

Als where’s the gen 3 cards lol

Also*

Sorry, but the format will be sandboxed to only Gen 1 and 2 Pokemon, along with evolutions and most regional variants.

Ah ok but I was also just referring to the gen 3 cards In general how many are there rn like 2 lol

I did a major update that finishes the initial rebalance! The card pool should be considered locked for a few months, unless an insane combo is discovered! All the cards also have better images.

Additionally:

Any time you are looking at any set of cards, including a deck, you can use the Selection Stats buttons to view a deck breakdown. (There are several tabs for differenr stats!)

There is some data, now, but there will be a lot more details in the next update as I will have more card metadata.

I am also working on new decks, now!

A few more deck ideas…

Ho-Oh, Raticate, and Togekiss:
This deck uses Ho-Oh as a late-game sweeper. In this format, Ho-Oh has the potential for 180 damage if it has a lot of energies attached. Use Raticate as an early-to-mid game attacker to attack for big damage with no energy usage to allow you more turns to manually put energy cards onto your Ho-Oh. Don’t forget you can also use Exp. Share to help the process! When Togekiss finally comes out, it’s able to catch all the remaining energy cards from the deck. Actually, Devolution Spray helps keeps this process working multiple turns in a row!

Gyarados:
This deck is quite simple. Gyarados is the main attacker that has 130 HP. It can access Magikarp’s Rage attack with the help of Memory Capsule, allowing it to hit for up to 120 damage for just a single energy card.

Seaking:
Using Seaking, you can hit a modest 90 damage each turn for a single energy if you’ve healed Seaking during that turn. So, you can use cards to self-damage, like Rainbow Energy and Venture Bomb, then heal it with Potion or one of the various other options.

You forgot about Wyrdeer and farigiraf cards lol (they are evos for stantlet and girafarig respectively)

Only yellow-border cards are legal, so Firagarif is too new to be allowed. As for Wyrdeer, some Pokemon just only have cards that are way too powerful for the format. :disappointed_relieved:

How is any wyrdeer cards strong?

There’s one that just draws a card and it’s attack does 40+80 if you have the same cards as your opponents hand yeah makes total sense not like there’s yanmega prime and Ursaring prime in the format

(Sorry if that sounded a little rude)

It lets you draw a card with its ability and also Battle Reporter is in my format, so getting the same number of cards in hand is super easy. Plus, Wydeer has 140HP. There are only a few Stage 2 cards with over 100HP. The only real exception I’ve allowed for something so large is Alolan Exeggcutor, which might be too strong, but I hope not.

Yanmega Peime and Ursaring Prime are strong in their own rights, but Yangmega doesn’t have that same level of damage output and Ursaring needs many more energy cards.

:caugh caugh: (deluge Blastoise)

You can literally use deluge Blastoise to attach energy and set up Ursaring prime quickly but to be fair blastoise is a stage 2 which takes a while to set up

But that still requires many more cards to combo into it. So, more set-up and preparation, like you said. Wyrdeer is a Stage 1, so it’s quite easy to get set up by itself.

In my format, it’s easier to set up stuff over a long period of play, but if something is too quick, I think it would be overpowered, so I tried to avoid big hitters that are so quick.

It’s a stage 1 but ok

Edited^

Deck idea: alolan club this deck is built around alolan marowak’s attack alolan club which does 20 more damage for each Pokemon with alolan in its name which can allow you to use different alolan Pokemon for different roles like alolan marowak as the main attacker alolan sandslash for draw alolan vulpix for set up and alolan ratata for mr mime

That is similar to the Alolan Shakedown deck I made, which is supposed to be a mix of Alolan Exeggcutor and Marowak as a secondary attacker, which can be made much stronger with Sky Field because it can allow you to put more Pokemon onto the bench. Perhaps it could be improved with a tool, though, for Raticate. Maybe Memory Capsule?
