The XY promos 139, 140, 141, 142 and 148 are missing from the deck builder. XY 148 is the grass shaymin EX, its an important card for the 2016 format (treveant counter), as of right now you cannot build a deck and add said card in any format. XY 142, azelf is a card with competitive merit, its absence is a minor hit to the 2017 garbodor decks as well as custom formats.
Are there any plans to implement these cards?
