I think I a Neo only format could be cool where the power of trainers & Pokemon are way lower leading to more creative decks
I’ve tried this, but Neo doesn’t really work well as a block. The card draw (Elm and Bill’s Teleporter) is so weak that it is overshadowed by Cleffa’s Eeeeeek, and the entire format becomes more Cleffa based than even Base–Neo and Rocket–LC.
