v73 Update: SUM–LOT Format, WoTC errata scans and some fixes!
The SUM–LOT format spans from November 2018 to February 2019, marking a significant period for competitive play. It follows the release of the Lost Thunder expansion and ends right before the Team Up expansion, which introduced TAG TEAM Pokémon outside of Japan. The format was a critical transition period for players, as it was the last opportunity to compete without the powerhouse TAG TEAM Pokémon that would soon reshape the meta. The most important tournament held during this time period was LAIC 2018/19, and multiple Regionals and Special Events were played in this format. Notably, the events showcased the strengths of decks like Zoroark-GX variants, Blacephalon-GX/Naganadel, and Malamar Psychic Toolbox.

We now have custom errata’d scans for errata’d cards in Wizards of the Coast (WoTC) era. Getting these erratas documented, approved and implemented has been a long initiative that members of TCG ONE has committed for some time. It is especially important because this work enabled to play the classic Pokémon TCG formats (Base-Neo era) in the closest form that its original creators had intended. It took some time but luckily not all relics of the old world was totally lost, and we’ve got almost everything documented and fixed (we might be still missing out on a few low severity errata implementations at this moment). Replacing cards with linkinboss’ custom errata’d versions means players will see the errata’d version when building decks and playing games, which will improve clarity and decrease some confusion around how those cards should read and behave on TCG ONE.
