That seems unfortunate. Could you check whether cards under Card Database - TCG ONE show up fine?
I can’t load the cards databse nor the new decks page.
It sounds like your access to the new website is blocked by your ISP. Are you behind some corporate/school firewall?
I found a common pattern here, the two separate times this weekend that I had this issue there were football matches being played in my country (Spain) and the president of the league is disputing a legal battle against cloudfare over anti-piracy that causes internet disruptions every time there’s a football match.
Apparently, when the league targets a pirate stream ISPs end up blocking entire Cloudflare IP blocks.
It’s 11:55AM here, there are no football matches right now and I can access the card database just fine so I guess I can play on tcgone with no problems.

It saves us so much bandwidth so I can’t really disable it.
I totally understand that, guess I will be fine with a VPN in these type of cases, will I?
