The only problem I am having right now is I need to get a understanding on the business management side of the business and making it a actual LTD, LLX, Co company and what do I need to actually do and keep in mind

I looked to see if this kind of advertising is against the rules. The rules were surprisingly hard to find and not very detailed, but there doesn’t seem to be an outright ban on self-promotion. It doesn’t actually matter much because mods have essentially full discretion anyway: “moderators reserve the right to remove any content and any user account for any reason at any time”

You got the domain name, and you built the product. Probably on an amazingly productive feeling timeline and with results that were far better than you could have hoped for. Polished and ready for prime time!
The problem is that the code and infrastructure to host it is the easy part. Now you have a platform that nobody has any reason to care about.
Can you name a single reason why someone would sign up on a marketplace site that has 0 items for sale? I can’t. Put yourself in other people’s shoes.
If this sounds harsh, that’s because it is. It’s also a reality check. There are many thousands of people who’ve felt newly empowered to solo build their app, game, platform, etc thinking that the barrier to entry was building/deploying the vision. Final product in hand, they then realize that they still have no users, no money, nobody lining up to “help” (unpaid work), and no realistic path to get any of it.
