I find it somewhat annoying that you have to have 60 cards in your deck in order to save it. Sometimes when creating a deck from scratch I stop short of ideas at around 50 cards and spend minutes to hours thinking about what else to add.
This is true. I also feel the same while doing so, it has always bugged me. I will add the change to the latest patch.

With latest update you can now save a quickplay deck with at least one card. It has to be a non-public though, to save public spots for complete ones. No change for Career deckbuilder yet. You’re welcome.
