I was randomly looking at cards and saw the updated version of Sabrina’s Gengar (from Gym Challenge) with the errata text. Wasn’t familiar with it, so I read to see what had changed but realized now there’s a typo on its Shadow Bind attack. It says:
"The Defending Pokémon can’t retreat during your opponent’s next turn.happen.)”.
After checking the original, I assume that last word/period/parenthesis added on aren’t supposed to be there. Not a big deal, but I thought I’d mention it in case nobody else had before – so it could get corrected someday
Triaged, no change made: the Shadow Bind text in the card data and in the engine reads correctly (no stray “happen.)”), so the displayed errata text seems to come from a source outside this repository. Leaving open for someone with access to that text.
Update: the typo is real but it is in the card image (scan) itself, not in the card data. The data (cards YAML and API) has the correct Shadow Bind text; the scan at tcg.one/scans/l/gym_challenge/29.jpg shows “…opponent’s next turn.happen.)” under Shadow Bind. Scans are not stored in the repository, so the image needs to be regenerated and replaced on the scans server. I also added the Dark Wave errata to the card data so it shows in the card database.
