Sabrina's Alakazam doesn't count as psychic damage for quests

This bug is reproducable.

Hitting a champ with “Life drain” (leaves enemy at 10 hp) doesn’t count towards quests & achievements.

Hitting them with Psyshot (30dmg) does, however.
