IMPORTANT: Chat and Posting Rules

Standing up for your human rights, and being an asshat about it are two different things. Just because someone has done something against you does not give you the right to harass and verbally abuse them back. Get in contact with a moderator and let them handle the situation.

TCG One also has no way to identify a user’s gender currently, so it isn’t going to be uncommon for people to misgender you by mistake. Please handle those situations calmly and respectfully and you will be shown respect in turn. Most people here will not be trying to offend you between many of our players not being native English speakers and this social construct being fairly new in a community like this if not in general. There are definitely some people who will intentionally harass you and use your gender as the ammunition. Please do not engage with these people and let a moderator handle it instead.

If you do not agree with a certain moderator’s decision, reach out to the other moderators. You were banned twice for the same behaviour, and I don’t see any issue there, however I do disagree with how another individual reacted to you was handled. While it won’t be discussed publicly because we prefer to handle these things quietly unless that person decided to make it public themselves, we are discussing it. Your behaviour however has made it difficult to do so without bias.

Please do not continue to argue with each other in this thread. Please also learn how to handle these situations with a bit more tact.

Considering one of the people who was doing the misgendering WAS a mod and he felt that there is nothing wrong with misgendering me and refused to punish people for it, leaving it to a mod is not going to achieve anything, since the mod in question was enabling the transphobia. I can accept people accidentally misgendering me, but when I told people that I am female they still continued to misgender me, so that is not accidental.
