I keep getting Bill's PC as my promo card

I cannot seem to get the duplicate promos I want anymore - and I have 18 Bill’s PCs. Can we get this fixed?

I’m thinking you must have 4 of everything else that you are allowed to get in regards to achievements youve completed. I keep getting them as well but I have 4 of all the other promos of acheivemenrts that I’ve completed so there’s no other possible (new) ones I could get until I complete another achievement.
