Have an ability to shuffle or randomize one's hand

This may not seem like a big deal, but it is when you consider someone playing Rocket’s Sneak Attack to see your hand and then flipping heads on a Team Rocket’s Trap for example and them shuffling the cards they had just seen. This gives a slightly unfair advantage then. There are probably other examples, but this is the one that’s most obvious to me.

I thought we had implemented this for most cards by now. @starg09 are there some that still need this done?

Legacy cards need it to be used. Will loop through them later :+1:

Another example is like Poochyena’s (DX) Surprise attack and Milotic d’s Sharing Poke-Power.
