Epic Splash Format

Hey fellow TCGOne’rs,

I can’t see a previous feature request for this, so I’d like to open one to add support for the Epic Splash fan-format.

I appreciate that the majority of development time goes into past standard formats, blocks or those without custom rulesets etc, but with Epic Splash’s growing popularity (particularly in Japan), I see this as being a super engaging and unique offering TCGOne could provide (I don’t think there’s any online sim that currently supports it).

I can say that it would be a great pleasure to host this fun format under the new custom formats feature, which is almost complete to be honest.

Fantastic, sounds like a good use for that. But are there any docs to read about that feature and how it will work?

I could see that being potentially problematic and spammy if everyone is allowed to create custom formats at will

Custom Formats, the most advanced feature of the platform yet, has just been released in Beta mode. I have also included a special environment effect for Epic Splash mode but that’s currently not tested. Some Custom Format features are only available to subscribers.
