Pokémon Catcher (DEX 111). Pokémon Catcher (EPO 95). Pokémon Catcher, in the Legacy Format, is a flip effect.

Beyond this the turn 1 rules are also not the same as 2010 or 2011. The Turn 1 Rules should be either the same as 2014-2019 Worlds, or modern day rules.

Sword and Shield first turn rules would be the most up-to-date, since those were the last rules the Legacy format used. I also wanted to stress “Sword and Shield rules” over “modern rules,” since Scarlet & Violet’s rules include Tools being separated from Items, which never happened in Legacy.

I understood, but I just wanted to make sure Admin didn’t get mixed up. I also wanted to push Admin in the direction of one of the two choices you gave (suggesting latest over earliest).
