Gallade E4 Lv.X (RR 106). Dialga G Lv.X (PL 122). When Dialga G Lv. X was active and I leveled up Gallade GL into the Lv. X, the PokePower was blocked and wouldn't trigger. Dialga blocks Bodies, not powers, so as far as I can tell Gallade should be able to use it's PokePower.
I’m guess that either Dialga G’s PokeBody is somehow blocking the Power, or Dialga G’s psychic resistance is applying to the damage counters when it should not. Or possibly the Special Metal damage reduction.
