Scramble Energy (DF 89). when i used extra energy bomb, it forced me to attach an energy from my discard pile (which i believe is usually the case and supposed to be the case when there are any energy cards in the discard pile), but the only energy card i had discarded is scramble energy which could not be attached to any of my pokemon as they were all basics. i could not do anything about this, even waiting out the timer for the extra energy bomb didn't progress the game for me, although i didn't try timing out for the entire turn.
