Dark Dugtrio (TR 6). Forretress (N2 2). I'm playing a deck containing both Dark Dugtrio and Forretress in the Base-Neo format. I know it's not very competitive but I like having fun with it. So, when the opponent's active pkmn retreats, both D.Dugtrio's and Forretress's Pkmn Powers activate: my suggestion is to check if the effects are applied in the correct order. In fact, let's say I have two Forretress and one Dark Dugtrio, and the opponent retreats his Sneasel in order to move a Cleffa to the active position; let's say the Cleffa instantly faints due to Forretress' Spikes, so the opponent decides to move the Sneasel back to the active position. I witnessed this turn of events during a real match and I got the following gamelog: ● Sneasel retreated. ● Cleffa is now active ● Spikes ● Cleffa got 10 damage ● Cleffa was knocked out ● minots87 took one prize card. ● Sneasel is now active ● Spikes ● Sneasel got 10 damage ● Spikes ● Sneasel got 10 damage ● Spikes ● Cleffa got 10 damage ● Sinkhole activated. ● Coin flip result: TAILS ● Dark Dugtrio did 20 damage to Sneasel ● Sneasel was knocked out Two observations: 1) it seems strange to me that the Cleffa undergoes the second round of spikes after being already knocked out 2) for my undertanding, D.Dugtrio's power "Sinkhole" should affect the Sneasel right when it retreats, which is before he goes back to the active position and takes Spikes' damage; instead, the gamelog states that Sinkhole activates after the Sneasel has taken back the active position and after it has already undergone the effects of Spikes...
I don’t know if this represents a real problem or not, it just seemed strange so I decided to report it.
