Here’s a question. It would be allowed to play using blastoise VMAX? I can’t find the card to add it in a new water deck.
Try finding the expansion it was released in or what format you are on .
blastoise vmax is released but it is currently under the name venusar vmax so look for the water venusaur vmax and you should find the card you are looking for however it is missing a scan like all the other recent promos
