Custom Format for Cube Testing

Hello, I am new to these forums. I’m sorry if I format this wrong or if this is off-topic. My buds and I are creating a pokemon cube and would like to test it out online before we buy the cards. The ruleset would make it so there would be 40 card decks, 4 prize cards, and mutant evolutions. I was wondering if it was possible to host my own little tcgone server or if it is possible to create a new format here and have it implemented on the server.

I don’t believe that there is any way to run a private server or create custom formats at the moment maybe at some point later on there will be a method to do those things.
