It currently only increases a flat +20HP if you have any Benched Pokémon. It should be 20 HP per benched Pokémon.
Cannot reproduce
Pangoro’s ability works only on your turn, i can knock out a Pangoro with 3 benched pokemon dealing 100dmg
● Steelix used Metal Slash
● Steelix did 100 damage to Pangoro
● Pangoro was knocked out
● Opponent took one prize card.
