WotC mistranslated Unown N (as well as Unown D and Unown M). These Unown’s respective Pokémon Powers are only supposed to reduce damage done to your Unown, not to all of your Pokémon. In other words, they’re all pretty useless. TCG ONE uses the functionality intended by the creators at Creatures whenever possible, so there are many cards like this that say one (incorrect) thing but do another in-game. The devs are working on making it clearer to players when a card’s functionality deviates from the English text printed on the card by WotC. Not sure how/when it will be implemented, but it is in progress.
